LAND ACQUISITION-ORDINANCE
In The Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 act bellow sections made difficult to have land
acquisition from people .In order to have land bellow specified conditions has
to agree.
To
construct a capital city above conditions has to agree by our state government
so by new ordinance 2015 it made easy to construct by using following exceptions.
There are many provisions
in the new ordinance but it is to knowledge you difference between previous act
and new ordinance.
